As a collaborative, solutions-focused Executive Function coach, I provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address their life and academic challenges. I integrate the latest coaching techniques and skills development strategies to offer personalized programs tailored to my clients' needs. With compassion and understanding, I work to help build on client strengths and attain the personal and academic growth they are committed to achieving.

I have a Bachelors Degree in Developmental Psychology from Duke University and a Masters of Education from Washington University St. Louis. I have almost 30 years of experience in teaching and tutoring students with dyslexia, dysgraphia, NVLD, ADHD and executive function difficulties at the elementary, middle, and high school and college levels. I have a strong knowledge base in teaching executive function and study skills as well as extensive experience in the Orton-Gillingham and Wilson methods for teaching reading and comprehension.

JST Coaching and Training is a research-based program that focuses on the International Coaching Federation (ICF) core competencies of coaching, with a specialty in understanding the neurobiology of the brain necessary to effectively coach and support students with Executive Functioning and ADHD challenges. My certification through JST and my experience in teaching and in individualized instruction for almost 3 decades helps me to bring a unique edge to helping clients. The depth and breadth of my experience enables me to craft personalized programs, that with scaffolding and support, help clients overcome obstacles in their social, emotional and academic lives.
